The second course on Tendon Transfers in Reconstructive Tetraplegia Hand Surgery was held in Tokaj and Nyiregyháza, Hungary on April 23-25, 2010. This course was arranged under patronage of the Federation of the European Societies for Surgery of the Hand. Ten colleagues from eight different countries participated in the training. Preoperative assessments, surgical techniques, postoperative evaluations and rehabilitation were covered during these three days. The course intends to provide the essential understanding and requirements for establishing national units of Tetraplegia Hand Surgery. In a bigger perspective we are lookin
