Rotterdam, The Netherlands, August 2009Professor Fridén performed reconstructive hand surgery at Erasmus MC on a patient with incomplete tetraplegia and spasticity. Drs. Walbeehm and Hovius assisted the operation. Physiotherapist Ann-Sofie Lamberg supervised and guided the postoperative training. Furthermore, multiple primary assessments were done and at a seminar the staff and invited guests discussed surgical rehabilitation in tetraplegia.
